I started using computers in 1983, and have been involved with them ever since. I started professionally in 1995 and have worked in the industry since then. I have worked for blue chip, multinationals, local government, central government, banking, retail, military and the SME market (companies with 1 to 2500 employees).
I am a professional member of BCS ( BCS WEBSITE ) which is the professional governing body of the IT industry. I have lived and worked in the Portmouth area for over 30 years. I enjoy fixing problems and showing people how they can get more from technology. I also have an old fashioned sense of customer service.
